I spent three years brute-forcing my life. Now I build TesseraAI, a daily planner that starts by figuring out who you are. Building in public from Seoul.

Today, we're shipping real-time graphics. Using Sol 6.1 Ultrafast we can generate custom overlays, diagrams, and even interactive 3D scenes right on a user's screen, no chat. It's a new visual interface for AI. Here's me learning about LLMs + hardware. Demo:

4) Making decisions based on data, while building the app and even the platform, majority of the conversations I had with my co_founder were based on intuition, it was till later that I started more relying on a small data sample to make decisions

5) Be vary of the overhead cost, see everyone is reminiscing about how great with the product be which I feel should be the approach but dude the reality, you will have cost to run it and you will be coming from a negative standpoint rather than zero

This isn’t to say that it is bad but to be mindful of it, cause most businesses fail cause they ran out of money not cause they were bad ideas, I believe everything can work, the question than remain how long are you willing to give it a shot

3) How to effectively communicate, this is probably the best one, as a person who thought that he was good at explaining and solving problems from a consulting standpoint turn out I ain’t. It took whole lot to articulate what we need to get done and why do we need to do it

1) Simple is better, after building the product I realized that I want it to be complex cause of the way I think, and that was selfish of me, cause this overwhelmed the user through the onboarding and honestly was a hurdle for the marketing side

2) I think by now all of us know that Marketing is more difficult in this day and age compared to building products. So be ok with being cringe is still something I am getting used to, or the other piece of this is what am I ok to be a cringe to lol

(1/2)Three years of building habits rigorously and I realized something embarrassing. I never understood what I actually wanted. I changed my tasks, made money, hit goals. But nobody, including me, was reminding me who I am or what I value.

(2/2)Most people using productivity apps end up in the same place. Faster at someone else's script. That's why I built Tessera. A reminder of who you are, before it plans a single day for you. tesseraai.app

Most people aren't stuck because they're not trying hard enough. They're stuck because they never got to understand themselves, and they've been trying to be someone else the whole time. Nobody can beat you at being you.

Built Tessera for the ones who want to stop playing someone else's game. tesseraai.app

The start means the least. It runs on newness. The middle is the whole thing. Because it's boring, and boring is the test. Tessera keeps you there when it gets quiet. Waitlist is open: tesseraai.app

Most people run a script that isn’t theirs. Their parent’s voice. Their boss’s. Some version of “you’re not good enough.” What if you talked to yourself the way you’d talk to a friend?

1/ I spent 3 years thinking discipline was the answer. Notion. Hourly breakdowns. Daily tracking. Every day marked good or bad. I was consistent. Hit 70% of my targets. Made money. But I felt empty. The goals kept moving. I was grinding but not flowing.

3/ Here's the thing most people don't realize: Discipline without alignment is just expensive burnout. You can push harder. You can track more. You can be consistent. But if you're forcing yourself toward something that doesn't come naturally, you're fighting your nature.
