Action creates evidence ❤️ Thank you @BrianKight for your time today on the @NIAAA9100 Roundtable.
Character requires courage. Not a single act, but repeated acts of courage.
• Action creates evidence.
• Repeated action creates a pattern.
• Patterns of behavior become character.
• Character becomes identity.
It's more than a choice of what you're going to do. It's a choice of who you are and who you're going to be.

Growth doesn't happen unless we do the work.
Move the dirt.

“All year we have been saying the talent is our floor but our character will determine our ceiling.
And I am just so confident in their character, and that’s what determined how they played today.”
Talent makes you comparable.
Character makes you unforgettable.

You’re not the one on the mound.
That's not your ball on the goal line.
The last-second shot isn't yours to take.
Our students are rising to meet new challenges every day.
Don’t bring them down. Build them up.

Replacing our anger with empathy doesn’t lessen our commitment to justice. It just allows us to actually see what’s happening...
If you have not partipcated in an AD Roundtable you need too. Worth your time (jump on during your lunch duty and listen in).
So proud of this team! What a game...💙
