Is it crazy that I want him to win a Grammy for any visual rap related category at some point? I feel like he genuinely goes above and beyond when it comes to his videos, I don’t know any other rap nigga doin it like him as of recent besides a few honorable mentions.
I try to refrain from speaking about niggas I don’t particularly like on my page, BUT I really encourage everyone to do their research and see just how far back this song snatching shit goes and WHO he was allegedly taking music from or attempting to take music from. My issue is that this isn’t anything new lmfao. A lot of these allegations involve smaller artists who didn’t have nearly the same resources, connections, or access to legal help that he did, which I’m sure played a role in how some of these situations unfolded. What he doesn’t seem to realize is that it’s not 2015 anymore. Especially after the Kendrick beef, ALL eyes are on you. You are quite literally blood in shark infested waters !! Niggas are going to dig through your history, question everything you do, and bring attention to shit that would’ve flown under the radar years ago. You cannot keep moving like you’re untouchable and expect nobody to notice, ESPECIALLY when people have been questioning this exact behavior for over a decade.

In 2014 Rappin’ 4 Tay reportedly got paid 100k after Drake used his lyrics from “Playaz Club.” In 2015 D.R.A.M. called him out over “Hotline Bling” sounding like “Cha Cha,” then in 2016 Mo G accused him of taking his lyrics and ideas without properly paying him. XXXTentacion accused him of stealing his flow in 2017, Rye Rye and Pet Shop Boys called him out over uncleared vocals and interpolations in 2023, and Obrafour literally sued him over a sample that same year. Now in 2026 we have 1900Rugrat accusing him of using a beat he allegedly refused to give him and another songwriter suing over the “Janice STFU” hook. Mind you not every accusation means he actually stole something, but my point is that these conversations have been happening for YEARS ON YEARS.
