NATO allies agreed to a path toward 5% of GDP on defense spending. 15. A ceasefire and hostage release deal was reached in Gaza. 16. Record or near-record U.S. oil and gas production levels were achieved. 17. Manufacturing expanded after years of contraction, with gains in factory construction and blue collar wages. 18.
