@jcpenney It has been one month since I purchased a mattress at JCP. The @HubGroup has never called me to schedule a delivery despite the fact that it was supposed to be done by June 10. Spoke with both about it- still nothing. Terrible.
How can I get a hold of someone from @Mailchimp that can actually provide some form of support? Your chat and email options are absolutely useless and a complete waste of time.
