RIP🙏
A true Hollywood legend has fallen. This is truly heartbreaking news.
everyone will remember you for the work you’ve done for the rest of their lives.
Replying to @DiscussingFilm
We still get to see him in Doomsday once more in December 🥹

reed, shuri, and franklin are almost guaranteed. but i think the real heartbreak will be seeing who chooses to stay behind.

Sir Ian McKellen pays tribute to Sir Patrick Stewart:
“Before everything else, Patrick was defined by being born and bred in Yorkshire, the proud county in the north of England which he loved to the end. You could hear it in his accented voice and in the stern honesty with which he told you what he thought and felt. Yorkshiremen have no truck with half-truths or avoidance of big issues. He wore his heart on his sleeve, which made him a man to rely on, to admire and in my case, love.
We first met as ambitious young actors with the Royal Shakespeare Company half a century ago but we weren’t in the same productions. My first strong memory was a few years later, meeting him in the street in central London when he told me about an offer to take over a leading part in ‘Star Trek’. “But Patrick think of your stage career in the UK. Do you really want to risk—getting lost in Hollywood for years and years?”. Well, he took the risk and thank goodness for us all that he did for not just his devoted Trekkies but film and theatre audiences, who marvelled at his using international celebrity to star in a string of cinema successes (‘X-Men’ of course) and in great classical plays by Shakespeare, Ibsen, Arthur Miller, Peter Shaffer, Pinter and Beckett at Stratford-upon-Avon, in London’s West End and on Broadway.
America was his adopted home, where he met his adored Sunny who has cared for him through sickness and health, through thick and thin. But he never forsook his origins: and the proudest achievement of the most respected and beloved actor of his generation on either side of the Atlantic, was his appointment as Chancellor of Huddersfield University in Yorkshire.”
Phyna said she doesn’t want a Nigerian audience because her target audience is foreigners, and claimed that Carter Efe’s audience is made up of broke Nigerians. Lmao. 😂
Funny enough, Carter Efe has Nigerian, African, UK and American audiences. He has also linked up with several American streamers through phone calls and FaceTime. I feel like jealousy is speaking here.

Moving the ball so far has been difficult, but the Green Bay offense has found the big plays when they need it.

Thanos lied about the Snap being random. every single person whose life was bought with an Infinity Stone in Infinity War miraculously survived the "50/50" coin flip.
think about the math. Loki traded the Space Stone to spare Thor, Gamora traded the Soul Stone to spare Nebula, and Strange traded the Time Stone to spare Tony. all three of the people who gave up a stone died, and all three people they paid to save survived the Snap. Thanos didn't leave it to chance, he just honored his contracts.

the avengers don't just lose in avengers doomsday. earth-616 gets completely destroyed, and one line in the wakanda teaser proved it.
when the fantastic four meet m'baku, shuri says the king's duty is "to prepare our people for the afterlife."
in the secret wars comics, earth-616 dies in the incursion, so black panther and reed richards secretly build a "lifeboat" pod to survive the end of the multiverse. every doomsday teaser is showing who makes the lifeboat:
wakanda & fantastic four: shuri and reed combine vibranium and 828 tech to build the lifeboat.
thor & love: thor puts his daughter on the lifeboat and stays behind to hold off doom.
x-men (cyclops, magneto & professor x): earth-10005 falls first, and only a few mutants escape.
steve rogers & loki (endgame encore): loki pulls cap from the 1950s before his timeline branch dies.
franklin richards, hulk & sentry: doom captures them to stitch the dead earths into battleworld.
infinity war ended with half the universe turning to dust. doomsday ends with earth-616 dying completely.
if the lifeboat only fits 8 heroes like the comics, who do you think makes it inside?

Imagine inheriting the power to shake the world, only to discover that you've also inherited the exact moment your life must end. That's the cruelty of the Curse of Ymir. Ymir lived for 13 years after gaining her power, and every inheritor of the Nine Titans was condemned to the same fate.
The saddest part? It doesn't matter how strong you become, how much you accomplish, or how desperately you want to live. You can conquer nations, destroy armies and become a legend, but you cannot negotiate with those 13 years. In Attack on Titan, even power has an expiration date.
