Lost my zeal to work. Companies dont realize how demoralizing it is when they don't incentivize their employees, acknowledge their efforts and skills, or even treat them well. Wish I could sleep and wake up on 1st January.

5/6 years ago we had a picnic at zoo lake for my moms birthday and we gave a homeless man food and cake and he later came back to give my mom a R10 to say happy birthday, it was so sweet, she’s framed it and kept it in her bedroom ever since 🥺
