LE SACARON ESTE PUNTO NEGRO QUE NO SALÍA CON PRESIÓN NORMAL. Lo que se ve: → Folículo dilatado con tapón de sebo + queratina oxidada (el color oscuro no es suciedad, es oxidación al aire). → Se agarra con pinza fina para extraerlo sin romper la pared del poro. → El material sale más compactado en el extremo distal, por eso se resiste y hay que trabajarlo. Límite: Esto no cura el acné ni evita que se vuelva a formar. Solo saca el tapón visible. Si se fuerza demasiado o se hace mal puede dejar cicatriz o hiperpigmentación. ¿Has tenido uno que se resiste así o prefieres no tocarlos?
