Today was such a hectic day π©π₯Ή
We visited two schools in different communities to commemorate the International Day of the Girl Child, celebrated every year on October 11. This yearβs theme is βEnd Child Marriage and Invest in Girlsβ Rights.β
It was a long, busy day, but also a meaningful one. Days like this remind me that beyond the exhaustion, there is purpose in the work we do.
Every girl deserves to be heard, protected, supported, and given the opportunity to learn, grow, and shape her own future. π

For the last years my birthday has been on ghost town days. My mom never fails to remind me that i was born on ghost town day, she trekked from station to the General hospital.
