Recruitment is crazy, doing this since 2004.
Hired across levels, Diverse industries and had to digest some tough (not so funny) demands of clients.
Would start listing some learning that I had on my way up.
We are hiring at Supabase!
There are 60 open positions across engineering, sales, design, and many more, so there should be something that would fit you!
We are a remote company, so where you live doesn't matter.
If you are awesome at what you do, we'd love to work with you!
apply now: supabase.com/careers

Thatโs how long itโs been since I last touched my resume.
As a Recruiter, Iโve reviewed thousands of CVs. I know the "secret sauce." I know what makes an ATS purr and what makes a hiring manager yawn.
But when I sat down to write my own?
It felt like trying to perform surgery on my own appendix. My old resume was so outdated it was practically written on papyrus. I realized if I was strugglingโa person who does this for a livingโthen millions of others must be drowning in "resume-writing paralysis."
So, I did what any modern professional does: I built a "Brain-in-a-Box."
I spent hours refining a Master Prompt that acts like a Senior HR Professional with 15+ years of experience. I tested it. I broke it. I fixed it. And then I used it to rebuild my entire career story in about 15 minutes.
You only need two things to feed the beast:
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ "๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐ฟ๐๐" (๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ข๐น๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐๐บ๐ฒ): No matter how dusty it is.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ "๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐๐บ๐ฝ" (๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ก๐ฒ๐ ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐): A simple document where you list what youโve actually done in the last 5โ7 yearsโwins, losses, and the stuff that made you proud.
It doesn't just look pretty; itโs built to be read by the robots that gatekeep your dream job.
It stops saying "responsible for" and starts saying "delivered [X] result by doing [Y]."
๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ผ ๐๐น๐๐ณ๐ณ: No "passionate team player" clichรฉs. Just hard-hitting, quantified value.
Stop staring at a blinking cursor. Stop paying for "resume templates" that are just colorful boxes the ATS can't even read.

Everyoneโs talking about AI agents...
But almost no one actually understands how they work.
So Iโm dropping something insane โ

RIP Privacy โ AI Glasses Can Now Recognize Anyone, Anywhere.
A Dutch journalist just tested a pair of AI-powered glasses that can instantly identify strangers on the street.
No government database. No police system. Just public data and off-the-shelf AI.
You look at someone and in seconds, their name, LinkedIn, and background appear before your eyes.
The scariest part? You canโt really stop it.
You can ban it, regulate it, add blinking red lightsโฆ but once tech like this exists, someone will always find a way to use it.
To me, this marks a turning point.
Weโve officially blurred the line between seeing people and knowing them.
Between being in public and being exposed.
So hereโs the question:
When every face becomes a dataset, how do we protect the meaning of being human?

Dear @Dr_RLBhatia sir and @WHRDC25, we are truly honored to have you in our city #Hyderabad and celebrate with the HR leaders.
However, we request the event team to be careful when they use AI to generate images. The iconic #Charminar is not detailed.
I totally resonate with you.
A few years back, I had a tussle with a candidate. He mentioned in his resume that he "creates software," and my argument was that he was rewriting codeโnothing original in it.
What is real innovation?
Weโre brain-washed to believe:
If itโs not AI, robotics, or deep tech, itโs not innovation.
But the reality is far less glamorous.
70% of global productivity gains come from
small operational improvements,
not groundbreaking tech.
For example:
1. A factory reduces 4 seconds from one step โ saves millions over a year.
2. A shop changes product placement โ sales jump 10โ15% without new tech.
3. A supplier redesigns a tiny component โ failure rates drop 30%.
These donโt make headlines.
But they move industries.
They make companies profitable.
For all you know:
Real innovation isnโt loud, itโs:
- consistent,
- compounding, and
- hiding in plain sight
Do you agree?
Woah, so many bloated values for a few properties.
Can someone also add the deposit, maintenance, and facilities offered for the maintenance?
Who knows he is eating alone and might throw a big punch on the winner

#Hyderabad has now emerged as a major hub in the global aerospace sector. The inauguration of the @SAFRAN Aircraft Engine Services India (SAESI) Facility Center at the GMR Aerospace & Industrial Park (#SEZ) near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport marks a significant milestone in the state's industrial growth journey.
โ๏ธHon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji today inaugurated the #SAESI Facility Center via video conference from New Delhi. Chief Minister Shri @revanth_anumula attended the program held at the GMR Aerospace SEZ.
Union Civil Aviation Minister Shri @RamMNK, State Industries & IT Minister Shri @OffDSB, Safran Group Chairman Mr. Ross McInnes, CEO & Director Mr. Olivier Andries, Aircraft Engines CEO Mr Stephane Cuelle, GMR Group Chairman Mr. G. M. Rao, and several other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
Following the inauguration, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for a dedicated maintenance, repair, and overhaul (#MRO) unit for the M88 engines used in Rafale aircraft.
Established by SAESI, this state-of-the-art facility will house advanced process equipment to deliver world-class aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul services.
Until now, #India has largely depended on foreign nations for aircraft engine maintenance. With this center, Leading Edge Aviation Propulsion (LEAP) engines will not only be maintained and repaired but will also see the production of essential components supported on-site.
Safran, a global high-technology leader in aviation, defense, and space, has developed this facility across nearly 45,000 square meters at the #GMR Aerospace & Industrial Park #SEZ, with an initial investment of approximately โน1,300 crore. The center is designed with the capacity to service up to 300 LEAP engines annually.
The facility is expected to be fully operational by 2035 and will generate employment opportunities for more than 1,000 highly skilled Indian technicians and engineers. #TelanganaRising2047

Donโt buy a Dove shampoo bottle for โน1050 MRP. Buy 525 Dove shampoo pouches for โน2 each.
1 Dove bottle = 1000 ml
525 pouches ร 6 ml = 3150 ml
Spend 1 hour, cut all pouches and fill the bottles. Within an hour, youโll have 3 full bottles.
Sell the bottles to friends for โน900 each.
Net profit: โน2700 โ โน1050 = โน1650. And you still have 150 ml of shampoo absolutely free.
