Right! I'm looking for an OO gauge artist to undertake a bit of corporate work for our business travel team - a pair of SWR class 450s. Resources and time/equipment paid for. DM me if interested.

Platforms empty at Farringdon and Blackfriars - with my information delivery hat on I'm bloody impressed by @TLRailUK's ability to do that. Means alternative routes and instructions are clear so customers aren't milling on platforms. Good work by teams in control and at stations.

Hey @GWRHelp - this is a really nice touch. Thank you!

@unilinkbus and Blue star folks running a tight ship on the ground. Props to the dispatcher on the ground at Southampton Central - super efficient and friendly! @AndrewWickhamGo

Also the first time on the Quay Connect double decker - super swish glass wall in the stairway, makes it feel so much more open!
So my fiancée and I went to see #HobsonsChoice at the Royal Exchange Manchester - it is worth every mile we travelled. The performances were just incredible, especially @tonyjay78 (an incredible gentleman with a voice to make you melt, and has left my fiancée in starstruck

crew. @Shali_P as Durga is particularly something special to watch!
Bit of a test out this morning for the phone! Time-lapse from Basingstoke to Waterloo for my commute to work. A little over-fast as I hadn't realised the footage gets sped up by a larger amount the longer you're going on this phone - challenge to resolve for tonight's commute!

Shout out to the team at @GNRailUK for exposing my catastrophic lack of bantz today, appreciate that 😉 👍

Well, that's my last day at FBC done! First time I went there was for a medical nearly a decade ago as a fresh-faced young prospective guard...now it's on to our new modern office - fit for a modernising business!

It's a shame the weather didn't holdup from earlier but what a pleasant way to travel @wightlinkferry is! Crew on the Wight Ryder I have been super too. The world feels so much more peaceful out on the water!

Despite the weird spelling errors in the full guide, it at least looks like they're getting the BR double arrow right @_doublearrow - which makes them better than about 99% of TOCs I think... nitter.cf/transitmap/status/1007…

Okay, so this is my first time on a @GWRHelp IEP, and I feel I have greatly misjudged these trains. Quiet with the engine on, ample leg room, and I actually find the seats pretty good for my back! I'm still not sold on body doors, but these are really nicely turned out units.

Oh, and they go like absolute stink under the wires. That acceleration!

Well said Dan, think the same goes out to all our control rooms for every TOC who have to do miraculous things with limited resources and constantly changing circumstances. 👏👏👏👏👏

A lot of those tweets were from justifiably upset folks who had missed trains, trips, shows and events. They all needed to be shown empathy, and given what little information existed on a network that was creaking under the weather. My lot are troopers too. Immensely proud.
