November is Diabetes Awareness Month. If you or someone you love has Diabetes (type one or two) give them a huge hug and let them know how proud you are of them. Think about joining different walks donating, or events to help raise awareness.
Type One Diabetes is a very complex disease. It is often misunderstood as a simple matter of checking blood sugar and taking insulin, but medically, biologically, and practically, it is a highly volatile balancing act.
This is a systemic disease that aggressively impacts an individual's mental, emotional, and physical health, along with almost every other dimension of their life.
Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease where the body produces zero insulin, requiring mandatory, life-sustaining insulin injections or pump therapy from day one. Because it is a permanent supply issue, individuals must continuously count carbohydrates, calculate complex math, and monitor blood sugar levels around the clock with narrow margins for error.
Type 2 diabetes is a metabolic condition where the body still makes insulin, but the cells resist it, making it harder to process glucose efficiently. Its management focuses on reducing that resistance through progressive steps, starting with nutrition, exercise, and oral or injectable medications, with the unique possibility of pushing the disease into complete remission through significant weight loss.
November 21st, 2005 was the day that changed my life forever. I was diagnosed with type one diabetes at age 11. I’m 32 now and have been fighting for 21 years. Although I suffer from different complications from my disease (stage 4 diabetic retinopathy is the major one) I’m still blessed to be here.
This month in particular I highly encourage everyone to educate themselves on diabetes, the differences in type on and two. Learn more about diabetes management, complications, diabetes burnout the medical supplies involved, and more.

Brilliant, @claudeai.
"All 29 agents failed with “session limit, resets 2:40pm PT” and no output files were written.

I love that my kids get to travel and explore the world, but them being at the age where they are doing it without me will taking some getting used to 🫠
Umm, @AngelaNikolau_ ??
Two people have climbed to the top of the Empire State Building and unfurled a flag on top of its spire.
The unidentified people appear to be wearing masks. abcnews.link/RQUHaUF
If you were looking for a sign (or a reason) to just call it a night and come back tomorrow, this was it. 🥳
I have practically lived inside @conductor_build for the last few months.
Keep up the amazing work!

Those who follow me know I’ve been working on Brandy,
an app that makes it easy for any consumer to share a brand referral to their entire network in one click.
This is the missing distribution layer to an enormous untapped market that always grows.
90%+ consumers aren’t served by creator platforms and the overwhelming majority want to refer brands.
It’s built, our apps are in review on Shopify for brands and App Store for iOS.
We have major household brands that you all know here on X onboard.
Our ai-native platform & robust team is moving fast.
Looking to connect with investors as we near launch.
If you want to chat, DMs are open &
RTs for reach are appreciated!
Andy, this is simply not true. I have already had one 3-letter account stolen via this, and they are still actively resetting the password on another 4-letter brand of mine.
How do I recover my stolen account and prevent them from resetting the password on my other accounts?
Replying to @manipulate
Thank you for raising this. While we have already secured impacted accounts, we are now working to restore access to affected individuals. Some people may receive password reset notifications and some may be asked security questions when they try and log into their accounts.
