DeSantis is by far one of the best and most effective politicians I have ever seen. Republicans need to get behind him. An absolute gem of a governor. What he lacks in charisma, he has 10x more in production. Unfortunately, I’m not too optimistic that he would be nominated in 2028, but he should be.

The absolute annihilation of the GOP last night across the entire U.S. was a sharp rebuke towards the President and conservatives need to pay attention.
I thank God I live in Florida, where we held the line with our governor and senator. But barely.
With the national rebuke, It’s clear to me that it’s not that Americans want more DEI or wokeness or socialist policies - some do, but the vast majority of the middle don’t. What they don’t want is the current immigration policy and the war, and they are tired of much of Trumps antics.
At the same time, Trump has accomplished a lot of positive things that he never will get credit for. But his disdain for immigrants in general and acid tone are something the middle of the country is tired of. The GOP has to figure out where their soul is, or they will get obliterated again in 2028.
