Where are you finding the money for this and where are you finding the contractors to deliver it? Social housing delivery is assisted by grants from the SAHP and BFH fund, which GMCA and the 10 local authorities are already maximising to deliver socially rented homes.

Social Rent homes > Genuinely “Affordable” homes. We need much more social housing stock so people can really start to get the stability to move into work. It’s a shame the Greens are doing this, I will be backing Labour to continue the amazing work from GMCA
