Spent a bit of time looking at Mahmoodβs announcement yesterday. Clear that even with the care concession itβs one of the toughest announcements on settlement by a Home Secretary for decades. Far stronger than anything the Tories implemented, or Braverman or Jenrick advocated at the time.

I work in healthcare and this is so true. So many stuck in the system, and treated like shit by the employer.
