King #MohammedVI will preside over a religious ceremony on Monday at the Mohammed V Mausoleum in Rabat, marking the 28th anniversary of the death of his late father, King #HassanII, the Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced in a statement.
The ceremony will take place on Monday, September 21, 2026, corresponding to 9 Rabii II 1448 in the Islamic calendar.
The ministry said the religious ceremony will be broadcast live on Moroccan radio and television channels from the Maghrib prayer.
