This gig was originally supposed to be April 2020 but postponed, then cancelled, because of the #covid19 pandemic
The last 3 years have been intense, working as Head of Infection Prevention for the NHS + with a husband deployed with the Navy for more than 50% of that time

There were highs + lows along the way
Fear, anxiety, not knowing when, or if, it would end
I nearly didn't book to go when the gig was finally rescheduled. But I did + I am so glad
The band were awesome as always @KaiserChiefs

+ now I feel like it's given me a sense of closure from the last 3 years
I will always feel emotional about the pandemic, but there is now a sense of peace and normality
