4 x 12min z4 on the bike and then 4 x 3min 3'36/km pace - net result finding it difficult to walk today:))
Ftp test done at 630am on home trainer (340w av 20min) im 82kg before anyone asks:))

Been building a bit of base and force - bike test tomorrow lets see if ive managed to get those watts up:)!

2nd half ironman in 2wks 7th overall and 1st age grp. Time for rest (&chocolate) before changin to olys:)

i was actually 6th 2wks ago and won my age group. Today i was 7th overall and won my age group:))) now just waitin for buffet:)
