The Arbitrum Security Council has taken emergency action to rescue the 74,559,805 ARB and 8,425 ETH being held in the address on Arbitrum One that is identified as connected to the Binance exploit. The Security Council acted by weighing its commitment to the security and integrity of the Arbitrum community and Arbitrum governance without impacting any Arbitrum users or applications.
After significant technical diligence and deliberation, the Security Council identified and executed a technical approach to move funds to safety without affecting any other chain state or other Arbitrum users.
As of October 30, 2026 time, the funds have been successfully transferred to an intermediary frozen wallet. They are no longer accessible to the address that originally held the funds, and can only be moved by further action of the Security Council or a vote of Arbitrum DAO governance, which will be coordinated with relevant parties.

According to reports from the likes of @MSBIntel, @arbitrum boasts nearly 11.7 million stablecoin holders on its chain.
This works out to 3.5x the figure of rival L2 @Optimism $OP and more than 2.8 million more than @Coinbase's @Base network.

Crypto feels undoubtedly slow right now if you are looking on the timeline. I think the two main reasons for this are a) the marginal use case is much more tradfi in nature and b) the unsustainability of certain opportunities is diminishing.
That is a healthy correction from where we were two years ago even if it is significantly less fun. At the same time, the pipeline of builders and opportunities that we are seeing @Offchain is as bright as it has ever been. Innovative DeFi projects building on @arbitrum, traditional finance that are looking to engage us to bring assets onchain, enterprises trying out new uses are all up and to the right.
I maintain conviction that all trading will move and settle onchain. Just need to keep building towards that future.

Seeing a few posts lately regarding Robinhood Chain price action. Although much of this is correlated with broader macro market movements, keep in mind that great businesses take more than 100 days to build.
Short-term CT crypto narratives and speculative sentiment don’t align with building actual fintech products and real businesses.
I’ve personally had conversations with high-level businesses, and one thing is clear: everyone is looking to tokenize their stocks, and everyone wants an economy built around those stock tokens. That means DeFi.
We are just getting started when it comes to building with stock tokens and on Robinhood Chain.
Real builders are revealed during bear cycles and necessity is the mother of invention.
