As a DJ, if you’ve had to hurriedly load all of your equipment into a van with a gang of drunk/high mates at 3am in the pissing rain while the warehouse you were performing at is being raided by police and on fire, then we can be friends.

Sunday afternoon, funk & soul band in a wine bar. Went along for a cheeseboard and to listen to the grooves. Bought a raffle ticket for a local kids’ charity. Ended up winning £100 worth of wine and performing Rapper’s Delight. My life is different now, but I’m cool with that.
