Sometimes you have to pinch yourself to check if the US really have twice elected a man like Trump. Surely a proud democracy built on deep moral convictions can't have elected a convicted fraudster, who cheated on his wife with a porn star, an adjudicated sex offender who then serially defamed his victim, twice impeached, and an insurrectionist, election denier, serial liar, vindictive, bigoted, narcissist, racist & thoroughly corrupt? Surely this is a bad dream? So here goes, a big pinch.......Oooch, bloody hell, it's true they really did elect this guy twice!
Interesting that the warm tributes to Keir were totally lacking when Boris Johnson and Liz Truss departed.
