Canada Post does "lose billions" its a service. It cost that to run it. You wouldn't say the fire dept lost money, not the police, or a school. These are services and they have expenses, not loses.

It's unfortunate that this happens much too often with that Community. Looks like a young go-getter learned a valuable lesson on Business. 1/2 up front! Personally I would have grabbed his back hoe & dug it all out which is the Contractors right.
