Unfortunately the adults are not ok, so the children are not ok. The adults don’t value kindness, so the children don’t value kindness. Every bully I’ve seen over the years has a mean ass parent. Schools/teachers have limited options when dealing with bullies.

BoB raised P4.2bn in Friday’s debt auction. T-bills raised P3.5bn. With P2.95bn in T-bill debt maturing, this leaves the government with P550m new T-bill debt. P700m in new bond debt was raised. Since April, BoB has raised P4.3bn in new bond debt against its P10bn target.
