Happy (belated) #PortfolioDay, I'm Caroline and I like drawing buildings and anime stuff. I have 5 years of experience working in animation and worked on Superman, Pantheon, and Invincible Fight Girl. I'm looking for full-time or freelance #bgdesign/#bgpaint/#visdev work!

To provide context this is how the pro market in video games and general tv/movies works:
Key art for a big IP:
US agency - 100k usd (as they attach 20 ppl outside of thr artist that they in most cases don’t even have in house)
Dedicated 2d agency that worked for RIOT (splash art) - 50k usd
Top tier artist with big social following - 10-5k usd
Top tier artists but not huge on socials - 3-5k usd
Magic The Gathering quality lvl art - 2-4k usd
Comic book cover artist - 1-3k usd (unless you are Mignola lvl)
Indie Video game illustrator not from US - 1-2k
This is for commercial work with the copyright attached - the same lvl art can be way cheaper for a indie studio or a passion project in between bigger more corporate work.
The way I have like 220+ pulls saved for Mitya/Lohen/Tsaritsa 😆 I sill worry that it won’t be enough…

We live in the absolute goofiest timeline where Glitch, an independent animation studio, is about to make millions at the box office, while Paramount - an 100year old studio yanked a sure fire financial hit from theaters only to have it leak on twitter 6months before release.

Could this project have put up Demon Slayer numbers if it had been allowed to be released in theaters?
Welp, the entire Avatar movie got leaked. A movie I’ve been long anticipating for years and eagerly waiting for. I will not be watching it until it is officially released by the team.
Outside of the hackers obviously, this is 100% on Paramount. That team deserved better. This deserved to be released in theaters, not on stream service. This is now the third movie to leak under your watch.
This is 1000000% on you and the executives responsible for letting this happen.
