We’ve started supplying @ottawabagelshop with bagels! Here are the deets: as always, everything that comes out of our kitchen is gluten free, vegan, & nut free. The Bagelshop then boils the bagels in their kitchen in honey water and bakes it in their wood fired oven! #yummy
We’re so excited about this collaboration! We’ve teamed up with @ottawabagelshop to bring you wood fired gluten free friendly bagels! (Please note for those wanting celiac safe, fully vegan versions, those can be purchased directly from us starting Tuesday March 19).
Starting this Sunday March 17- we’ll have wood-fired #kosher #glutenfree-friendly bagels! We’ve worked with @blondebaking to develop these beauties. They are delicious and chewy, with a beautiful crust! We’ll make them first thing in the morning so come get them hot on Sunday!
