Boat invader sexually attacked two girls just days after he was given the keys to a taxpayer-funded house.
Mohammed Abbas, 29, who claims to be "Palestinian", entered the country on a dinghy from France in March.
In June, he was put behind bars for a number of charges, including sexual assault on a female, common assault, assaulting a constable on duty and assault by beating.
After his release, he was placed into a taxpayer-funded two-bedroom house in Cardiff, worth a quarter of a million pounds. At the time, he was the sole occupant.
But just two days after he settled in, he trespassed into a separate property. A pair of sisters, one under the age of 16, and the other under 13, woke up to Abbas exposing himself in their bedroom doorway.

Lucy Powell is a ghastly woman who has (genuinely) never had a proper job in her life. And now she’s taking money from Arab governments. When she gets kicked out at the next election, it’s going to be like releasing a life long zoo animal straight into the wild. Almost unfair.
