LAUSD is an excellent lesson on why socialism fails every time. The district got 120 BILLION over 6 years. More than several state budgets. The district spent that money on staff that was anything but focused on actual education. The people with 💵left. Now, 3 billion deficit

So hilarious when you know the TOP of the graph’s scale is 25% BELOW the district’s reported graduation rate. But they are celebrating proficiencies SIXTY PERCENT below the graduation rate. Let’s be honest: LAUSD couldn’t give less of a shit about honesty.
