9. With BPD people can believe some wildly untrue things. Let them apologize for the things they say. Let them hold themselves accountable without making them feel guilty or broken. Let them grow.

Bpd is more then just crashouts. Itโ€™s a lot of silent lonely suffering, beating yourself up over things from years ago, not letting yourself get close to people etc. We need help but we need understanding too, we didnโ€™t ask for intense emotional mood swings.
