the reason why Nova Online hasn't been removed from the platform is because the "roblox staff" that monitor schlep/ruben are regular people with access to the DSA forms. nova wears a free avatar and never uploaded anything onto the platform thus can't be banned using this method

Roblox staff frequently monitor my Twitter and take action against predators I post. I find it fascinating that Roblox has still chosen not to ban Nova Online, even as people like Chris Hansen are actively raising awareness of his presence on the website
