Maybe building audience should be the first step before we build the actual product. It could be growing X following, building a free website that ranks well in google, creating a newsletter with decent reader base, having a popular YouTube channel, etc.

On Vision Pro: Oculus had the idea of hand tracking / eye tracking / sound tracking, but they never replaced the remote controlers. That's the difference between Apple and Meta. Scrappy testing culture doesn't suit consumer hardware market, you'll need vision and craft.

They're clearly feeling a little awkward about halting the chain
Decentralized chains are not designed to be stopped, but by contacting community validators one by one, we were able to stop the incident from spreading. It was not that easy as BNB Smart Chain has 26 active validators at present and 44 in total in different time zones. This delayed closure, but we were able to minimize the loss.

I spent 6 months looking into web3 to see what can be built, and here are my top 3 insights:

2. If you’re trying to build something web3 for a real world use case, you might have a hard time getting real traction, coz in many cases it’s still hard to justify the web3 solution is visibly better than web2 solutions. One example is social media.

3. It’s a crowded space. When you see these TikTok videos talking about web3, you know it’s probably over-hyped. There might be real gold, but with the amount of people and fund pouring in, you might want to think twice before investing.
