The problem with Ozempic or any of these GLP 1βs is that you basically have to take it for the rest of your life.
You keep weight off by building better habits.
Ozempic doesnβt magically build better habits for you.
So once youβre off it, you go back to eating how you used to.
And that old way of eating is how you gained all the weight to begin with.
So if youβre thinking about taking it, ask yourself if youβre ready to take it for the rest of your life.
If not, then making an effort to eat better and building better habits is the better option for you.
I see a lot of fitness trainers struggling financially.
Theyβre doing good one month, and struggling the next.
If youβre a trainer, you must ALWAYS be marketing yourself.
Do it when you need clients, and especially when youβre completely booked out.
Because out of nowhere 3-5 clients can drop off.
Now youβre screwed scrambling for more clients to pay your bills.
Market when youβre booked out so the next person in line comes in when a current client drops off.
Being in the fitness scene for so long, itβs honestly insane to see how I literally paved the way to all these βbooty trainersβ and βbooty programsβ
Nobody cared until the Ferraris and Lamborghinis came out.
One thing I know that no other trainer will do is document transformations.
Thatβs what truly sets us apart.
I believe in my skills and ability to transform people so much.
These copy cats donβt.
Iβve been saying for years..
Ever since I came on to the scene.
START YOUR WORKOUT WITH GLUTE ISOLATION.
Everyone said I was wrong.
Funny how 10 years later, people are finally waking up to it.
Itβs the optimal way to see results in your glutes.
Youβre not going to like me saying thisβ¦
But if growing your glutes is your #1 goal then you need to start your workout with glute isolation.
Whatever you want to grow the most, should be the first thing that you do.
Workouts like hip thrust, single leg hip thrusts, donkey kicks etc should be at the start of your routine.
Make that small change and check back in 3 months.
You do know that you donβt have to be on a strict diet to reach your fitness goals right?
You can lose 20 30 50 lbs without a strict diet.
I wish more people knew this.
They wouldnβt be having such a hard time if they did.
If you start your fitness journey today , you can literally be 15 lbs lighter going into the new year.
Doing anywhere from 2-3 sets and 12 reps each exercise is sufficient enough.
These workouts only target the glutes. And not the legs.

The problem with helping someone lose weight is they literally try to not eat.
Like at all.
You still have to eat to lose weight.
You do more harm than good when you stop trying to eat lol
