Magnificent ichneumon wasp (Dolichomitus sp) ovipositing in deadwood yesterday, Knapp & Papermill, Worcs 😍💚🍃
This appears to be a species of Dolichomitus wasp that was by the spillway at Wintersett Res yesterday. Apparently these are quite scarce in Yorkshire.
