4 years ago, posting under my own name terrified me.
“I have nothing interesting to say.”
“Who cares?”
“I’ll do it later.”
What fixed it: a challenge. 100 days of posting every day, here on X.
The first posts were painful 😅
Then:
→ it became a habit
→ topic ideas came easier
→ I got comfortable on camera
→ strangers now know what I build and recommend me
Today I got filmed at a real estate franchise HQ. Old me would’ve said no.
If you don’t dare yet: pick a frequency and a duration. Stick to it.
Best case, you’ll enjoy it.
Worst case, you stepped out of your comfort zone.
Either way, you win.
before you give away free AI credits:
- rate limit by IP and device, not just account
- flag sudden spikes in signups
- give new accounts smaller limits
- have a kill switch to stop free usage instantly
otherwise you might wake up to 5k new users and a $40k bill lol
we lost $4k overnight 😭
woke up to 5.5k+ signups thinking we FINALLY went viral
turns out someone made thousands of fake accounts to drain our free AI credits.
even email verification didn't stop them lol
and what did they use all those credits for?? a WHOLE short drama series
and the part that actually pisses me off?
it was REALLY good
how am i even supposed to be mad at this lmaoo
One feature that @meetgranola has and @WisprFlow does not, is the custom templates on the meeting notes! Still waiting for that feature. – at Bengaluru South, India
the @meetgranola + @WisprFlow convergence was always inevitable
based on how much worse Wispr has gotten the last few months, kind of an easy decision here imo
also feel like Granola earns its status as our CRM in the not too distant future

Hot take: Having @claude monitor my other terminal while I code by hand is great for learning a new language/framework.
Error → Google fails → Claude explains it.
Makes me actually think in that framework instead of copy-pasting. Deeper learning.

the aim is not to be liked
the aim is not to be understood
the aim is to be felt
in a numb world,
to be evocative... to shake others awake...
well, that's something

sadly, I found out about @julesagent after I saw this tweet. I've been reading the blogs on Google labs related to the work they put in regards to the coding agents and building and coding awareness agent in their last blog! Impressive. Wish I knew and read about it sooner! – at Bengaluru South, India

Didn't think it would work, but it actually worked
one feature i was looking for!

Voice mode on iOS and Android answers sooner and hears you better in a noisy room or when you speak quietly. Speech in languages other than English sounds more natural, and voice now runs on more Android phones.
Apple made machines that last too well. So how do you sell new ones?
I've been thinking about this since the new MacBook launch from yesterday.
Apple’s Mac lineup is so goated. I still have my M1 Mac mini from 5 years ago and it runs perfectly.
So, how do you even balance making stuff that lasts this long and still get people to buy new ones?
Touchscreens and more RAM are just upgrades for now. At some point people will stop buying if that’s all you got.
What’s the next real thing for Mac? Face ID maybe, but where else is there actual room to innovate?
If you are in Growth or Sales, how do you market this and what's your approach!?
