i’ve tested every single ai image generation method since i started working on ai video projects...
i think i have finally discovered a few really good frameworks that let me create tasteful, authentic, and high quality start frames for videos
my midjourney workflow and setup is trained off of the coloring/pictures of some of my favorite directors, without stealing them of course

the whiteboard ad just became a PIXAR movie
holding a pointer stick instead of a marker, same persona, same script, same product
the board doesn't come pre-written anymore either. content appears live as she talks, the stick literally leads each word into existence at its tip before the text shows up
quick workflow:
- locked the same persona as an animated pixar character, same script, same product
- built the board as a progressive reveal instead of fully written upfront, synced to the exact line being spoken
- frame-chained all 3 clips the same way as the live-action version, last frame becomes the next clip's anchor
- locked the voice across clips the same way too, timbre only, dialogue never repeats
the one thing that took the most fixing: getting the stick to point at the right spot low on the board.
RT + reply 'PIXAR' and i'll send you the full doc, every prompt, every fix
(must follow so i can DM)
this WHITEBOARD explainer just leveled up.
now it's a real person standing at the board, lip-synced, actually writing while she talks
her eyes stay on the board the whole time she's mid-stroke, only glancing at the camera between marks. that one detail is what makes it read as a real person teaching something instead of an avatar reciting lines
quick workflow:
- lock the actor once, straight-on with a blank board, camera perpendicular so nothing keystones
- write the dialogue as one continuous script, split into clips with word-for-word timestamps matched to each stroke
- a gaze rule keeps her eyes on the board mid-write, camera only between strokes
- frame-chain each clip's last frame into the next, lock the board state explicitly so nothing gets redrawn
- when chaining voice across clips, lock accent and pitch only, forbid repeating dialogue, or the next clip quietly re-says lines already spoken
took a few failed attempts to get the board angle, the gaze, and the voice chaining all working together without breaking each other
RT + reply 'BOARD' and i'll send you the full production doc, every prompt, every fix, all of it (must follow so i can DM)
A LOT of people asked for this and I definitely should NOT be leaking this but f*ck it a lot
Using Google Omni + GPT 2 Image to build an automated Doctor page factory is a gold mine
I cracked the formula to make the most realistic AI videos in literally minutes
As well as completely automating the scripting
Using this to push traffic to peptide affiliate offers is making affiliates $40k/month
and I’m LEAKING the whole system
here’s what’s your getting:
> my Claude skill for automated scripting
> a full VIDEO tutorial on how I made this insanely realistic AI videos in minutes
> the exact peptide offer printing $40k +/month

i just figured out how to get flawless generations in Seedance 2.5 every single time
every generation costs real money and one vague prompt means you're paying for a clip that goes straight to trash
i burned through more credits than i want to admit before i figured out the fix, a single prompt template that comes back CLEAN every time, 30 second continuous shot, character locked, camera doing exactly what i wrote, nothing random in the frame
the difference is structure, the model reads timestamps, reference assets and constraints way better than loose descriptions, so i stopped describing vibes and started scripting seconds
i packaged my entire template and i'm giving it away today:
-prompt template for full 30-second videos (first try output, no rerolls)
-the reference asset setup that keeps characters locked across the whole clip
-my negative prompt list that kills 90% of weird AI artifacts
-how to run 2.5 without torching your budget
RT + reply "SEEDANCE" and i send it over (must follow so i can dm)
it’s coming soon to higgsfield, so bookmark this, you’ll need it

Gojiberry AI just hit $3.5M ARR.
11 months ago we were at $0.
This is the second SaaS I've built. The first one I sold at €500K ARR.
This time, we moved faster. Here's exactly how we did it, so you can do it too.
The core principle that changed everything:
We used our own tool to grow our own tool.
Gojiberry AI finds high-intent leads and engages with them automatically.
We run it on ourselves. It works insanely well.
Here's the full breakdown:
1) Outreach (the engine)
- LinkedIn: 5 accounts, 30 connection requests + 30 DMs per account per day.
Only targeting warm leads showing real intent.
Connection acceptance rates and reply rates are insane when you do this right.
- Cold email: 6,000 emails per day. 295,000 sent in 90 days. 900+ opportunities created.
41 domains, 123 inboxes, plain text only, no links, no images, 2-3 email sequences max.
Total infra cost: ~$600/month.
The offer is always the same: a valuable blueprint. No pitch. Just value first.
2) Inbound (the compound effect)
- LinkedIn: 6 posts per day across 6 accounts.
6 days/week = lead magnet content. 1 day/week = founder story.
Last 7 days: 788,187 impressions.
- Reddit: 14.8M+ views in 12 months. The trick: warm up the account, post 3x per week, tell real stories, offer blueprints, and never debate the haters.
- YouTube: Long-tail SEO content targeting competitor keywords. It's starting to rank.
- SEO: 50K visitors/month and growing fast.
3) Paid ads
- 10 LinkedIn influencer posts/week (~$500 each).
- Facebook retargeting + acquisition
Scaling paid ads aggressively right now.
4) Demos
5–8 per day. ~70% close rate to free plan. Mostly sales teams.
5) UGC
We post 1200 UGCs per month across social media. From time to time, one goes super viral.
What actually worked:
→ Using our own tool on ourselves (this alone is a cheat code)
→ High-intent outreach > cold outreach. Every single time.
→ Lead magnet posts on LinkedIn that generate thousands of comments.
One post added $5K MRR in under 24 hours. Cost: $0.
→ Replying to every single comment.
→ Speed. Every delay kills momentum. We removed friction from every step of the funnel.
→ AI helping us do 10x more than we ever could alone.
What's not working:
- We need to delegate more
The path from €0 to $3.5M ARR is not glamorous.
It's 18-hour days, boring repetitive work, testing things that fail, and doing it all again tomorrow.
But if you do the right things every day, good outreach, real value, fast follow-up, it compounds.
And one day you wake up and you're above $3M ARR.
The goal now: $10M ARR.
LFG. 🔥
PS : We created a free 0 -> $1M ARR GTM course.

Announcement:
I’m looking for 100 new YouTube channels to implement our latest growth strategies with. 🎉
After 9 sold-out cohorts, we're opening applications to cohort 10 of my YouTube Accelerator.
We find talented creators and implement my full growth playbook with them.
We've taken channels from 1k views a video to 500k+
From $100/month to $10,000/month (within months)
We have even had multiple creators make 5m+ view videos DURING the cohorts.
This is going to be our best cohort yet… we’ve spent years fine tuning what we deliver:
- 8 week intense group coaching program focused on results
- 30+ hours of fully refreshed live training from me
- Our complete AI operating system for YouTube
- Personalized strategy help and feedback
- 24/7 live community to support
One of the biggest pieces of feedback we get from students is we undersell how much work we put in lol.
If you want to see if you're a fit... apply below (we will literally review within days!)
If you have applied before and not been accepted, don’t be discouraged.
We've even had someone who applied 5+ times and then finally got in.

I created my LinkedIn account ~67 weeks ago.
Since then I’ve added $365,000+ in direct revenue from LinkedIn and 15,000 followers.
Easiest algo to crack by a country mile.
And the absolute best social media for signing enterprise clients.
Here is the exact system I’m using right now...
Oh, and if you want my full unfiltered cheat sheet with engagement group templates, carousel structures, DM workflows, and my posting system, follow me, repost this, and reply “LinkedIn Growth Guide.”
You must do all 3 to receive the DM.
Let me start with what stays true after 66 weeks of daily testing:
Proof-based content still outperforms everything else.
By proof-based I mean posts that literally show a real metric, revenue, traffic, pipeline, booked calls, etc. and then add context with a clear business takeaway.
Use real numbers whenever possible.
Dwell time still plays a major role too.
If people read the entire post, swipe through multiple carousel slides, or pause on video, the post continues circulating longer.
First-hour replies from people outside your immediate network are still one of the strongest distribution signals you can influence.
On-platform formats beat outbound links in almost every case.
Text posts, carousels and native short video outperform link posts on average.
Link posts without setup consistently stall.
That said, a lower-reach link post with strong intent can still outperform in revenue.
Distribution and conversion are different games.
If you include a link, deliver value first and either modify the preview image or drop the link in the comments.
Topic consistency builds on itself over time.
Posting repeatedly around the same core theme strengthens how LinkedIn categorizes your profile.
Your content then gets shown to people already engaging with that topic.
That improves early engagement quality and comment depth.
Cross-niche engagement still expands reach.
Engaging consistently in two to three adjacent industries pushes your profile into overlapping networks.
Generic likes do almost nothing.
Thoughtful comments that add insight create second-level engagement and extend reach.
Reposting with a new hook still works extremely well.
Most of your followers never saw the original post.
Repost after one to three weeks with a sharper angle, updated numbers, or a clearer outcome.
Posts with replies to replies stay alive longer.
Multi-layer comment threads can extend post lifespan by days compared to shallow discussions.
My posting schedule has not changed.
I post three times per day, every day.
Morning is proof-driven or a strong point of view.
Afternoon is a carousel, teardown, or case study.
Evening is a lesson, system breakdown, or actionable walkthrough.
Skipping even one day reduces momentum for the next 24 hours.
Formats performing best right now:
Carousels with a bold first slide tied to a specific outcome or pain point.
Three to six concise slides with steps, visuals, or proof.
A final slide with a clear next step.
Short native videos under 60 seconds with subtitles.
The hook must land in the first two to four seconds.
Walkthrough and behind-the-scenes videos continue outperforming polished talking-head content when the information is concrete and tactical.
What is underperforming:
Link posts with no setup.
Metrics with no narrative.
Large, dense text blocks.
Generic advice that applies to everyone.
Posts where the author disappears after publishing and does not reply in the first hour.
My engagement strategy:
Comment on 20 to 30 posts per day with insight tied directly to the post.
Like 50 or more posts per day.
Reply to every comment on your own posts within the first hour.
DM five to ten people per day with context-first value tied to something they posted.
Ask follow-up questions inside comment threads to deepen discussion.
Repeated engagement from the same people increases future distribution.
Hooks performing best right now:
“I started this account 66 weeks ago. Here is what $350,000 in LinkedIn revenue actually looks like.”
“This 4-slide carousel booked 5 calls in 24 hours.”
“If I had to rebuild my LinkedIn from zero today, this is the exact system I would use.”
“My 3-post-per-day routine for consistent inbound.”
“I made X this month from LinkedIn. Here is the breakdown.”
Every hook must be backed by proof.
Without proof, credibility drops fast.
Here is a 30-day plan that still works:
Post three times per day with at least one proof-based post.
Comment on 20 to 30 posts daily with substance.
Like 50 or more posts per day.
Reply to every comment within the first hour.
Repost one winner each week with a new angle.
DM five to ten people per day with context-first value.
Track impressions, comment depth, leads, and repeating commenters weekly.
Test hooks, formats, and timing every week.
Run this system for 30 days.
Screenshot your Day 31 results.
Tag me when inbound starts.
If you want the full cheat sheet, follow me, repost this, and reply “LinkedIn Growth Guide.”
