DoorDash got caught in a major scandal using your tips to pay their drivers. You thought you were tipping the driver, you weren’t, here’s how the scam worked
- DoorDash promised drivers a ‘Guaranteed rate’ for a delivery, let’s say $10 for this example
- If you tipped $5, DoorDash should only pay $10. If you tipped $0, DoorDash would pay the driver $15
- Your tip didn’t matter, the driver made the same no matter what. Your tip was only being used to subsidize what DoorDash had to pay the driver for the ‘Guaranteed rate’
Your tips saved DoorDash tens of millions of dollars. DoorDash was taken to court for this and fined, they changed their policy
There are other do the same thing, Instacart was caught and changed policy, Amazon Flex and Walmart Spark also got exposed doing it

INSANE 🚨 Water testing in America shows the birth control drug Mifepristone is found throughout out tap water supply in America
Here’s where it gets even crazier:

I wanted to test in New York State because it's like the abortion capital, and we literally couldn't test because they said it was so bad it would be too difficult to actually trace just one contaminant”
If you’re wondering how the birth control drugs get into the water supply I can tell you
Women take hormonal birth control, they then urinate. That goes into the water system. A lot of cities recycle their water, but we don't have any specific filtration mechanism for those hormones. So they just get recycled and pumped back into the municipal water supply
Acutely the CEO of rainmaker even confirmed it was “a significant amount of birth control” and they it’s contributing to our infertility problem in America

The Noahide Laws sound similar to say the 10 commandments until you realize your worship of Jesus Christ automatically breaks the first one.
And they'll kill you for it.
Another law that is part of this is that non Jewish are not to hold the day of the sabbath. Meaning you should be working every Sunday instead of going to church.
And of course it does, they see us as cattle and cattle never should rest.

There are so many reasons this ending is so perfect but the reason which really touches me is the fact that the story does not end with Frodo who is essentially the central character to the entire story. Frodo's journey is complete indeed by the end, but the final images are what Frodo wants to leave us with. It is not an image of everything he achieved for himself and his legacy, he ends his story in the joy and sense of closure that once he is gone, he has secured and ensured the happiness and livelihood of all those he set out to save. As if to say in his final moments, that's what allows him the final closure he needs, his loved ones are going on and so in spirit he shall with them.

“The National Institutes of Health launched the largest study of childhood brain development ever run in the entire country. The study tracked 11,878 kids across 21 sites. Each child was placed in MRI machines and allowed to scroll and watch screens, and just let the brain stuff do the brain stuff. And the results even shocked the researchers
Kids with 7 or more hours of daily screen time showed premature thinning of the cortex. That's the brain's outer layer that runs the thinking, the memory, the language, including the putamen, which is the reward center, and the prefrontal cortex, which handles impulse control”
Analyses using larger samples linked higher screen time to:
- Smaller overall cortical volume and thinner cortex in regions tied to attention, working memory, language and executive function including prefrontal areas involved in impulse control
- Reduced volume in the putamen, which is the part of the striatum reward system, with evidence that links screen time and cognitive scores. Things like executive function, processing speed and language
- Associations with slightly higher ADHD-like symptoms over time in studies

The Symbolism of the Orthodox Censer 📿
The censer consists of a sphere with a lower dome and an upper dome.
The lower dome represents the earth while the upper dome represents the heavens.
The coal that can be found in the lower half represents all us sinners.
The fire burning the incense symbolises the grace of the Holy Spirit which is making the coal glow brightly.
The frankincense placed on the coal symbolises the anointing by which we sinners are cleansed and sanctified and made into fragrant perfume before the Lord.
The smoke coming from the burning of the incense represents our prayers rising towards the heavens.
The censer has three outer chains attached to the lower dome and reaching the handle. The three chains symbolise the Holy Trinity.
There is additionally an inner chain attached to a cross over the upper dome and reaching the handle. This symbolises the All-holy Ever-Virgin Mary.
The handle contains two rings that fit on the fingers. The two rings symbolise the two natures of Christ.
The ring that is attached to the three outer chains symbolises the divinity of Christ, who is one of the Holy Trinity.
The ring attached to the inner chain symbolises the humanity of Christ, which comes from the Virgin Mary.
The twelve bells on the chains symbolise the twelve apostles.
The chains contain seventy-two links which symbolise the seventy-two apostles.
