Here's a memo to everyone talking, writing or interviewing me or anyone else about "multi cloud strategy": it is NOT the way to fix your reliability problems.

X : How long does it take to move to cloud?
Me : Depends upon context i.e. the state of your business, what business you are in, the size and the zeal of the execs. It took Netflix 7 years to go data centre zero, Capital One took about 8 years ... 7-8 is a reasonable benchmark.

I truly believe @GovAbbott saw the CPAC poll, didn’t like where he ranked and decided to lift the mask mandate + remove the remaining COVID safety restrictions to galvanize Trump’s base to increase re-election odds and/or 2024 hopes. What a total lack of empathy or morality.

Is there a software suite that primarily focuses on organizational cadence?
Keeping track of every repeating cycle in the org. (Daily standups, weekly 1:1s, monthly q&a's, yearly training). Basically, a lens focused on cyclic processes.
I assume calendars are current tool.
