BSF Remote Athlete | Colin DiRocco (California)
Striking out the side down in Jupiter, FL!
FB: T92 | Sitting 90–91 MPH
One of the top LHP in the country, Colin has been developing with us remotely for nearly two years, continuing to make strides in his overall development and performance on the mound.
With his fall competition wrapping up, we’ll transition into a structured deload phase before progressing through his offseason on-ramp to prepare for a big spring season.
A lot of upside with this arm, and we’re excited to keep building on the progress he’s made!
TRUST. THE. PROCESS.

Extremely proud of this young man. OG OG Athlete. Started with me back when he was in 7th grade and it’s been incredible to see the progress and young man he’s turning himself into over the years.

Just started the first velo phase of my offseason after finishing an extended deload after the fall season.
Working on being more athletic in this velo phase, and already up to upper 8s in Week 1! Excited to see what I can run it up to in the coming weeks.

BSF Professional Athlete | Connor Oliver (Pittsburgh Pirates)
Back in-house for another offseason with us!
Last week, we established his baseline force plate metrics along with motor output testing on the PT table.
After a long season of throwing, assessing motor output gives us valuable insight into his neuromuscular function, force production capabilities, and potential changes in strength across different joint positions. This allows us to better understand how his body is responding to the demands of the season and establish a starting point for his offseason programming.
Connor is coming off a strong 2026 season in the Pirates organization, starting in High-A before earning a promotion to Double-A and finishing with 114.2 innings pitched!
Looking forward to another productive offseason and continuing to build on his success heading into 2027!
