Another rant from me, because things have gotten worse for my account lately and I've run out of people at X to ask for help. Some of you might remember my post from earlier this year about the sensitive media labels. I wish I could say it got better. Sadly it didn't and only got worse as of late. Over the past few weeks, X has been slapping "Adult Content" labels on my art one after another. Not on anything risky either. My most recent one is Tsaritsa from Genshin Impact, fully clothed no nudity whatsoever, with the only visible skin being her face. If that counts as adult content, I honestly don't know what I'm supposed to draw anymore. On top of that, my account has quietly disappeared from search suggestions. If you type "foxyreine" into the search bar, you'll find look alike accounts before you find me if you find me at all under the search bar. Most the time my actual account doesn't even show up at all. I didn't get any notification, no warnings, or an email about any of this BS. I just found out by testing it myself. And that's the part that gets me. X used to at least notify me when a post got labeled, so I could appeal it (If that even does anything, half the time I'm quite certain it goes straight to trash since NOTHING changes and we don't hear squat from X Support teams), even if the appeal went nowhere. Now I don't even get that. No notice means no case number, and no case number means the appeal forms won't accept anything I submit. The system that's supposed to let me correct mistakes just doesn't let me in at all. I did everything I was "supposed" to do by the books. I DM'd @Subscriptions @Support, @Safety and @XCreators @XOpenSource for answers only to get copypaste ABSOLUTELY Nothingburger answers from a chatbot. I contacted X support accounts daily and got the same template reply I'd received before, word for word. When I finally reached someone (even this is questionable these days since their Support team is probably 99% AI) I was told "adjustments" had been made to my account and I should see improvements following day. Then next day came around and my fully clothed 100% seiso Tsaritsa art got labeled as adult content. When I asked what had actually been adjusted, I was told the team had reviewed it and decided "the notice will remain." What notice? I asked them directly what the notice is, which posts it's based on, which policy, and whether it limits my visibility in search. Instead of an answer, I got a copy pasted paragraph about sensitive media and a reminder that they could permanently force the sensitive setting on my account if I keep "mislabeling" my posts. FFS! I'm not mislabeling anything! My art isn't NSFW, and I refuse to tag it as if it were just to make some automated system happy. The funny part, actually not funny, is that X's own "Under the hood" report confirms what I suspected. The label on my posts comes from an automated system, not a human, and it hides those posts from anyone who doesn't already follow me. So a machine decides my art is adult content, nobody checks it, and when I ask a human to check it, they tell me the machine's decision stands without telling me what the decision even is. The numbers make it painfully obvious as it's night and day before they've quietly muted my account from discoverability. The labeled ones get crushed immediately. For an artist who relies on commissions and supporters, that's not just a vanity metric. It's new fans who never see my work, clients who never find me, and hours of work that hit a wall the moment I press post. It's not like I can press a button and a finished artwork gets ready for me to post. I actually spend days drawing each piece by hand and share the progress on my streams with my viewers. I keep asking myself what did I do wrong. I don't post NSFW. I don't break the rules. I don't cause drama nor do I throw any insults to anyone, I just draw cute anime girls, and somehow that's the stuff getting hit over and over. I can't prove whether it's mass reporting from a hate group, or whether it's an overtuned filter, or something else entirely, because nobody at X will tell me. That's the whole problem. There's no transparency, no explanation, and no human willing to look at the art and say "o fudge yea, tis clearly fine." I know some people will say why not jus log off for a while and touch grass, or stop caring about numbers. But this is where my audience is, and where a lot of my work inspirations and motivations comes from. Telling an artist to stop posting isn't advice, it's more like telling them to give up. I'm not going to give up. What I want isn't special treatment. I want what anyone should be able to expect from a platform they put this much time into, so tell me what's on my account that's so offensive. If my art breaks a rule, show me which one and tell me what should be adjusted or simply deleted. And if it doesn't break any of your rules, take the labels off my art posts and restore my account back to normal that's all I ask. I'm still going to keep drawing, because I love doing what I do and I'm not letting a dumb filter take that away from me. But I have to admit the obvious in that I'm just so tired of second guessing every piece before it's even finished, wondering whether a face, a pose, or a jojomeme is going to trigger something and silence my account to the shadowrealms. Always secondguessing whether what I'm drawing is going to get mislabeled by the algo and put my account at risk is killing any motivation for me to draw anything, I thought X was trying to be more supportive of "Creators" so why am I being so targeted? If you made it this far, thank you for reading through my rant. Though given everything above, I have a feeling a lot of you won't even see this on your timeline, which kind of proves the point. If you're an artist going through the same BS right now, you're definitely not alone because I'm seeing a lot of my friends in this industry getting fkd over by the algorithm. And if anyone at X is ACTUALLY reading this, PLEASE I'm still waiting for an ACTUAL human Support team to help me. I'm just so tired...

People don't want to admit it, but we owe so much of our privacy and free speech rights to perverts fighting tooth and nail for them. No one swings harder for those rights than freaked out horndogs.
Restrictions on porn are genuinely such an insidious trojan horse for mass censorship because if you try to speak out against it, people on both sides of the political aisle will just write you off as a pervert.

Mfs tried to warn y'all when they banned fictional incest on literature And y'all continued to not gaf Now enjoy it, surely this is gonna be the last thing and they won't go down into an even deeper slippery slope right? Surely violent videogames or similar are not next right?
I'm sorry but this is absolutely fucking ridiculous. I thought it was a joke. The concept of going to prison for being in 'possession' of facesitting porn. 😭😭😭

I used to make suits that exposed sensitive areas, but lately it seems like it has become neither one thing nor the other. The suit concept seems to have become ordinary. It's not fun. This picture will probably be blurred too.
