I’ve learnt a lot of lessons over the last few weeks.
The market’s been turbulent, and I started to feel it creeping into my decision-making. I knew I had to fix my headspace.
So I changed things up.
- Joined the gym. I go every single day.
- 60-90 min workout. 20 min sauna.
- Eating clean, high-protein.
- Focused work, no distractions.
- More time with family.
- Just getting life right.
And man… the clarity this has given me is unreal.
I was so locked in on “Making it” in the next 6-9 months that everything became shortsighted. Every move, every trade, every decision was about the NOW.
But what about the next 30-40 years? What about actual generational wealth and security?
Yes, I might make a lot of money in the next few months. But that’s not the real goal. The real goal is long-term dominance.
This won’t all be solved in 6-9 months. And I need to stop acting like it will.
Time to zoom out.
