Penn State's Koby Howard has 344 receiving yards through 2.5 games. Only two PSU players had more than 288 receiving yards in 13 games in 2025.
There appears to be mutual interest between Rutgers and Brian Kelly, per @TheAthletic.
Kelly, the former Notre Dame and LSU head coach, is very motivated to return to the sidelines next season.
Kelly is a Northeast native who would be very comfortable trying to revive Rutgers.

So Buffalo has a tradition of their statue being repainting.
The Rules: Repainting traditionally happens overnight—often timed between sundown and 6:00 AM—as an unwritten student-led custom.
The Bison also was inspired by Penn State's Lion shrine and UCLA's Bruin.
At least no damage was done like when my alma mater Syracuse snapped off a Lions ear.
