One of my best friends, Jason, and his wife Heidi were in my small group in college. One time I made a joke that if Jay and and Heidi got married somewhere down the road, Jason might drive into a gas station hop back into the car and totally forget that Heidi and leave her and drive on down the road. Understandably that led to a huge fight. I just found out last week that that actually happened one time about ten years ago. 😜

Most AI people talk about tools. He talked about the actual mess inside the business like the leads that sit, the handoffs that break, the work that only lives in one person’s head.
Super practical. They don’t drop in a fancy agent and leave. They embed an Operator (or Engineer) who maps the real process, builds the system around it, and sticks around until the team is actually using it.

I love America. Having set up 4 entities in other countries the US is a piece of cake even if the EIN process errored out today.
One time I was working at my business in Cambodia and my lawyer told me I needed to be back in Thailand the next day or we woul have to start the 3 month process all over again for my company formation their. Also I had to have the same employees for the entire 3 months.
I had to fly back unexpectedly and pay one of my employees who had left to pretend she still worked for me otherwise I had to start over.
Soooooooo easy to start a company in the US. We have it so good.
