Robin Yount walked out to throw the first pitch of the World Series in Milwaukee last night wearing Bob Uecker's loud plaid sport coat.
Then he took it off and held it high toward the press box.
Underneath, he was wearing his own number 19 Brewers jersey. Across the shoulders, where YOUNT used to be, it said UECK.
Milwaukee waited forty-four years for this game. Uecker called Brewers games on the radio for fifty-four seasons. He passed away nine months before he could call this one.
So Milwaukee brought his coat to the mound.
I watched the video three times.
Where I come from, when a master falls before the final battle is reached, the next warrior carries the master's sword onto the field so his spirit can see the banners fly.
I never knew a plaid sport coat could carry as much weight as a sword. Last night, it carried all of it.

I am absolutely floored by the art and expression thatβs coming out of the @BasedGhouls crypt. I have been in a lot of communities (many now dead or dying, ironic), and none compare. I have to give so much credit to @Quinterrible for running an honest, open, and healthy crypto community.
Recent formation of the Strategic Ghoul Reserve and its movements of ghouls and ETH publicly have really cemented my faith in not just Quin but all of those leading the Ghouls and making decisions. Recent price action has been fantastic, but it doesnβt compare to the feeling of home in the crypt.
What is dead cannot die. Death is only the beginning.

Submitted an initial proposal to transfer one Ghoul from PartyDAO to Multi-Sig. Current voting delegation to my wallet allows this to pass immediately, and begins the 6 hour cooldown timer for execution.
Once executed, and the test transfer is confirmed successful, we'll move forward with transferring the remaining Ghouls. The Arbitrary Bytecode Proposal (emergencyExecute) should enable us to leverage an array of calls to send the ghouls in batches. (Working with my gigabrain friends and claude on this one.)
