Got to hand it to Qatar: when it comes to buying influence and corrupting democracies, they’re impressively nonpartisan. Left, right, radical left, radical right — no ideology is off-limits, no political camp beyond reach. Their only loyalty: their own interests and the advancement of Islamism. Their greatest success is eroding public trust in our democratic institutions from every direction.
In many Muslim countries, apostasy equals a death sentence.
Afghanistan, Iran, Maldives, Northern Nigeria, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen, amongst others, officially punish leaving Islam with execution.
Even in Muslim nations claiming "religious liberty," Christian converts face brutal persecution, systemic discrimination, and honor killings by their own communities.
"Interreligious dialogue" is a farce. The reality for Christians is tyranny, suffering, and death.
I salute this courageous bishop standing up for his flock.

It ends in churches turned into mosques and Christians sentenced to death for blasphemy
A group of migrant teens disrupted a Catholic Mass in Vienna, Austria, repeatedly shouting the Islamic phrase “Allahu Akbar” while Christians were attending a religious service.
The parish priest, who has served the community for two decades, said: “I have never experienced anything like this. And I have been here for 20 years.”
He also revealed that another priest in a different Vienna district had reported similar disruptions occurring regularly at his church.
The priest expressed particular disappointment because his parish has been helping Muslim refugees since 2015, providing housing assistance, German-language courses and support with administrative procedures.
No police complaint was filed, and the church's exact location was withheld for security reasons.
How many Jews sit in Arab parliaments? Zero. After 1948, nearly 900,000 Jews were forced out of Muslim-majority nations.
Meanwhile, Arabs make up 20% of Israel’s population, enjoying democratic rights to the point of defending Hamas.
Democracy is being used to destroy democracy. Non-Muslims globally need to wake up to this double standard.

The increase in voter turnout in the Bedouin community in particular, and the Arab community in general, is unprecedented in the history of the state.
In Rahat, for example, voter turnout rose to 80%.
Supreme Justice Solberg believes that reports suggesting this increase was achieved through foreign funding aimed at harming the state should be investigated.
