It's a sad comment on the state of the TTC that having no elevator service anywhere, and hence an inaccessible subway system, is an "inconvenience".

A total outage of TTC subway elevators today prompts me to look at station elevating services generally. The status is less than ideal. stevemunro.ca/2026/04/20/u... If riders cannot get to and from platforms, then the subway, for them, does not exist.

I love it when lazy ppl send someone else to do their job, especially when it’s harassing people with disabilities! /S
1 #Metrolinx employee in particular, has it out for me, yet he’s a Black person, he wouldn’t want to be profiled, so why do it to people with disabilities??
@Metrolinx your staff at Union UP, were harassing a person in a power wheelchair tonight, not the first time either, one female staff even came on the train harassing them.
You let homeless people ride for free on a daily basis, but your staff 2 in particular, feel the need 1/2
@Metrolinx 2/2 feel the need to harass a person with multiple disabilities??
You refuse to hire people with disabilities as front line staff, nor do you give discounts when they are alone on your system, heck even CNIB cardholders can’t access ’OneFare’ system!
