It’s not just about police resources it takes the public system to solve this problem. #knifecrime
From my PT days it needs a 6 month “national service” where young people are taken away from negative influences for a period of time. This service should be for all not just “bad” kids as it was obvious on the PT that the respect both ways was terrific.
