Ok trying something--We had a conversation about the Grateful Dead the other day so at practice today I tried to video this...I am lame at videoing so forgive me. But the worlds best Dead tune...

Tuned the double neck today and letting it sit prior to testing. finished detailing the telecaster thinline build and tested it and so far really good, very pleased. Dark, cold, rainy here in New Mexico so kind of oppressed feeling the past few days but----trying.

Today I set up my new Batwing travel guitar with a small amp and headphones in my computer room so I can grab it up and play or practice when the mood strikes me....😃✌️

I checked the dbl neck pickups, adjusted their height made sure they still functioned and restrung the 6 and 12 sides it wore me out restringing this monster So i am letting it sit for a day or so before tuning. I now have massive respect for Jimmy Page's guitar tech for sure🙄

I wanted a 6/12 dbl neck when i was in bands I was always the utility player but could never afford one which is why I am so focused on making this cheap build work so I replaced the 12 bridge p/u smoothed the fret edges as best I can now ready for re-stringing to try it again

Set up/tested the Batwing headless travel guitar I LIKE IT! The action is excellent, the pickup powerful the fit and finish is excellent for a 200 dollar guitar The playing position will take getting used to and I will have to find amp tone settings for it very pleased 😃😃😃

Guitar lessons most of the day tomorrow but My Batwing headless guitar arrived today I will check-set up and test maybe Sunday? 😃👍 I am really pleased with it tho 😁✌️

instrumental---the last p/u test If I remember correctly this is a bit of an exercise by Francisco Tárrega. I pulled it up from memory and it is just a bit of this piece. please forgive the couple of stumbles I haven't played it in a long long time. 🙏✌️

Testing the new sound hole pickup Leader of the Band from memory so forgive me when playing this song I always think of my father he wasn't musical but one day, when I was 14 out of the blue he took me to buy my first decent guitar and amp. I owe him ✌️

Worked on the acoustic pickup problem replaced the new Donner humbuck p/u which I did like the sound of in this guitar with an old p/u I had in stock. Reward for never throwing an old guitar part away😃 works well sounds great I will post a song with it when I get the chance👍

The past few days have sucked so I Just ordered this I already feel better....😃😃✌️

I managed to install the new p/u in the Ibanez, I was all thumbs for some reason? Plugged it in and truly I am not that happy with the sound-- could be my mood today but-- I'll wait a couple of days and play it again and see?

Guitar today Trying to go to sleep at night I make myself think about music it keeps me from rehashing unhappy memories Last night it was this song I was maybe 17 hired to play 12 string, backing a vocal quartet at a talent show where they sang Another You by The Seekers

Last night I was thinking of gigs I played when young. A band I was in we played the community pool teen nights in 1966 and often played this song Rhythm of the Rain by the Cascades. played this today to get it off my mind..😃✌️

After storms and medical appointments perhaps some guitar time today? I am hoping to replace a very old sound hole pickup in one of my favorite acoustics with this new Donner pickup today and test it. 😃✌️

the double neck rebuild today The 2nd kit I ever built supplied electronics are horrible there was no way to ground them fret edges horrible Pluses the body/neck staining came out well excellent neck installation/action Reworking the electronics first 😐 I so want this working
