parang when i got older, nabawasan yong pagiging mapagtanim ko ng galit o sama ng loob. may ilang tao in this past year na eventually hindi na kami naging okay. like alam ko irretrievable na talaga siya. pero when i think about them, malulungkot ako, but i still wish them well. i hope napapasaya sila ng mga nagpapasaya sa kanila.
i think self-awareness ito na may aspect talaga ng personality or ugali ko na di okay para sa iilang tao and okay lang yon. chance ko rin siya to evaluate myself and do better.
at the same time i value the good a person brought to my life kahit ano pa yan. this way, i can kinda set my heart free from too much emotional weight. i think it had benefitted me a lot mentally to look at things this way.

i don’t know if they realize that theyre part of the reason things aren’t growing and people are leaving. you can’t keep giving preferential treatment to the same few & expect everyone else to feel just as welcome, valued, or motivated to stay. (random tots sa binabasa kong book)
