this talk of “running out” of diesel is THE madness. the U.S. is sitting on 4.08 BILLION gallons of (<15ppm) distillates today, which is up from 4.05 billion a wk ago. just bc a few stations have issues does not mean a nationwide crisis is brewing. now sit down & relax plz.

DEAL!!!! Jim, by golly, you finally got something 100% right. Where can I and the rest of rational America sign up?
As I told @AliVelshi the major networks and newspapers need to tell Trump they will pull their teams out of the WH if this ban happens. There should be no pool coverage, starting at the UN this week. No WH Correspondents Dinner. Cancel that. Band together and hang tough.

Having MS-13 operating in New York is basically like having ISIS operate here. People have no concept of how brutal and ritualistic this group is. It's not a street gang. Yet this fact is almost completely ignored by the media. And Democrats allow them to operate with near-impunity. In fact, progressives want to erase the gang database, making it even harder to track and prosecute these animals. Progressive DAs regularly let them walk with no charges, and actively protect them from deportation.
Just listened to a "news report" about a man hacking another man to death with a machete 40 times on Long Island. Nowhere in this "report" was the fact that the alleged killer was an illegal alien & an MS-13 member. This kind of suppression is off the charts.

NOTE FOR INTELLIGENT NON-JOURNALISTS. That last part of my post below about how everybody in the country would get privileged White House access is the real issue here. The journotards want the courts to decree who is and is not a "journalist" so that anyone who has such a legal status gets special First Amendment privileges that are denied the ordinary citizen. Guess who they will suggest gets to decide who is and is not a "journalist"? A panel of the existing, corrupt legacy media, of course. They want to have the special legal status of professional associations like state bar associations so they can decide who does and who does not get to practice "journalism." That is what this is actually about.
Tell us you have no clue what the First Amendment says without telling us, you journalistic subtard. No one is preventing CNN, Politico or the desiccated husk of MSNBC from writing or broadcasting whatever the hell they want. However, they have no First Amendment right to privileged White House access. And if you think there is such a right, then think it through. That means every citizen journalist on X has a First Amendment right to privileged White House access. That makes about as much sense as your moronic, ill-advised, dysfunctional, ill-informed and wholly irrational post below.

These finally released Obama & Emanuel FBI interviews show that the prosecutor, Reid Schar, covered up 98% of the FBI tapes & LIED to the jury about the “Madigan deal.” This evidence would have exonerated me & exposed the weaponized prosecutors as the liars they are. They lied to the public, they lied to the jury, & the lead FBI agent continued to lie about the existence of this evidence on a recent Fox Nation documentary.

I went to Budapest to research original materials on how the refugee / immigration infrastructure was set up. George Soros and ARC set it all up, and Open Society continued building on that infrastructure since. MacArthur and Open Society were the two foundations in trailblazing the idea of migration-as-right. They were virtually alone in operating in this space up to that point. Their perspective was not accepted widely until after the Arab Spring disasters, which soundly destroyed the Western perception on liberalism as a universal ideal that could be exported. But the West couldn't let go of the idea that Freedom Fries could be taught to the Taliban, so they started importing the Middle East to them en masse, starting with a bunch of EU court rulings. These became "international law" which Biden's administration then borrowed heavily.

How was that money spent the past 50 years? Why is the building in such a dilapidated condition if the funding problems are solely limited to Trump?
There are three important sources of funding for the Kennedy Center: government, charity, and ticket sales. Congress has already allocated $256 million for the Center that Trump is holding hostage. And charity and ticket sales plummeted as soon as Trump put his name on the building. So all he has to do is step away, and people will come flooding back. Thank you @TheLeadCNN & @jaketapper for having me!

Today’s action revoking access for journalists from CNN, POLITICO, and MSNOW violates the First Amendment. The implications extend beyond these organizations: a standard used to exclude one news outlet because of its coverage could be applied to any outlet in the future. The American people, through a free and independent press, must be able to scrutinize those elected to power, regardless of whether government officials view it favorably.  That’s why courts have repeatedly held that once the White House provides access to journalists, it cannot deny that access arbitrarily or based on the content of their reporting. The WHCA calls on the administration to immediately restore our colleagues' access. - Jacqui Heinrich, WHCA President

Interesting: Both the AP and PBS didn't report news of my lawsuit (that I saw) BUT report the City's response...and inaccurately at that: I specified "nominal damages."

For the record, if they run Chi Osse to replace Schumer in 2028, I will run for Senate against him. And I’ll win. Take that to the bank.
