I'm still sending, but there is a lot of good content in the archives.
Here is a handful of the best ones...
Memes still included 🧵

We've officially kick started a Christmas light business for this year.
Here are a few points on how we are running it.
(open to feedback)
1. Startup - 1,000ft light kit, ladder and a pair of cougar paws. About $2,000 total.
2. Learning - Bought a $96 course on how to hang them, marketing, sales, maintenance, etc. Did our house and a friends house for material cost.
3. Marketing - Have put out about 250 door hangers and posting in local FB groups. Yard signs going out this week.
4. Quoting - I show up, measure house, build quote and send it a couple hours later. In the $4.5/ft to $5/ft range. Have 5 quotes out at the moment and another setup for Monday. 🤞
5. Pitch - We provide the lights, install, maintain them throughout the season, takedown, and provide them a storage bin to store for next year.
So far people have been hesitant with the price so we are changing neighborhoods where we market. Also going to start giving the quote price in person.
Follow along to see how we end up 🤝

The “bull-bear” market is a crazy concept…but it makes sense.
There it is.
Over 60% of the S&P 500's components are now in bear market territory, down -20% or more from their record highs.
Four of the Magnificent 7 stocks are now in bear market territory, with these seven names erasing a combined -$4 trillion in market cap since their highs.
We are in a "stealth" bear market.
And, we believe it's a huge opportunity as we outlined below on October 15th.
Car depreciation graph from Progressive for a new $50,000 car in the first 5 years.
Beginning of year:
1 - $45,500
2- $37,500
3 - $32,000
4 - $26,500
5 - $22,000
6 - $17,500
Vehicles are not assets folks.

I've read quite a few investing books over the years.
Some changed how I think about money, others I wouldn't pick up again...
Three I wouldn't recommend:
- The Intelligent Investor
- The Millionaire Fastlane
- Laughing at Wall Street
Three I would recommend:
- 100 Baggers
- The Psychology of Money
- The Richest Man in Babylon
What is on your read and don't read list?

Some guy buying the SP500 every month, grilling burgers in his backyard right now, and doing 0 research, will outperform a shocking number of people who spend 8 hours a day analyzing the stock market.
