Thanks to @AndyMcDonaldMP for raising insourcing at Transport Questions and it was good to hear Transport Secretary @Heidi_Labour confirm that she will be looking at insourcing where it can drive better outcomes for passengers and value for money.

@LNER like to brag that all their suppliers pay their staff the Real Living Wage, so we are very grateful to @RachaelMaskell and all the MPs that have signed this letter to MD @DavidHorne asking why they are allowing one of their contractors to cease paying the Real Living Wage.

It's an interesting analysis of Whitehall from Cummings. But as was pointed out his is essentially one of Number 10 dictatorship, and he offers very little scrutiny or proposals for Parliament, which is the sovereign decision-making body in Britain.
